Another  lightning talk and a very interesting one indeed! I could not attend the main session by Bernd Schiffer & Victoria Schiffer but they did quite a presentation in the five minutes!

Reviews can be extremely constructive when done is the right way. While on the other hand,  they can be disastrous if they become a tool for personalised criticism and talk about the person rather than what the person did.

A feedback can be considered as a good feedback when:

— The person is able to receive it, i.e. making it as a pull rather than a push!

— It is specific.

— Creates awareness in the person!

— Has an impact on the person.

It really is an very important but much ignored or not-so-nicely-handled concept in lot of organisations.
